No, the 360 experience is video-only. However, we provide instant digital sharing.
Videos are usually ready within 20–30 seconds at our sharing station. If internet signal is weak, videos will be sent out after the event once connected to a strong network.
We typically require a 12x12 ft area with access to a standard power outlet within 10 feet.
Yes! We arrive 1 hour early by default. If you need earlier setup, idle time charges may apply.
Yes. A retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve your date. Full payment is due before the event starts. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Yes. We're fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request (minimum 7 days notice required).
